Smart, Strategic Defense Against Sexual Assault Charges
Sex assault convictions in Colorado can carry a life in prison sentence. Even when that is not the case, a person who is convicted of sexual assault is still looking at some form of incarceration, indefinite probation, therapy, classes, sex offender registration, and most importantly, the lifelong stigma as a predator within society. Facing such serious consequences can be intimidating and overwhelming. You have the right to defend yourself against these allegations and not simply succumb to pressures of such accusations.
With so much on the line, it is crucial that you have a dedicated defense lawyer by your side. At Grabski & Shah Law P.C., we understand that this is a life-changing case for you.
